REFUND POLICY
Refund Policy for LUMORA

At LUMORA, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.
30-Day Return Window
Customers have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Requests submitted after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund or return.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- The product must be returned in good condition.
- The product must include all original packaging, accessories, inserts, manuals, projection slides, and any items originally included with the order.
- The product must not show excessive damage caused by misuse, negligence, modification, or improper handling.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
Required Video for Return Requests
To help us process return requests fairly and efficiently, customers must provide a clear video showing the condition of the product before the return is approved.
The video must clearly show:
- The LUMORA projector unit.
- All included accessories.
- All projection slides included with the order.
- The original packaging.
- The physical condition of the product from multiple angles.
- Any defects, damages, or issues being reported.
Failure to provide a clear video may result in the return request being denied.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
When submitting a claim, please provide:
- Order number.
- Photos of the product.
- Photos of the packaging.
- A video showing the issue.
Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the circumstances.
Non-Eligible Returns
Returns may be refused if:
- The request is made more than 30 days after delivery.
- Original packaging is missing.
- Accessories or included items are missing.
- The required video is not provided.
- The product has been intentionally damaged or modified.
- The product shows signs of misuse beyond normal inspection.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as LUMORA is not responsible for returns lost during transit.
Refund Approval
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days after approval.
